The duration for sample completion varies by type: regular products are typically ready in 7 days, while complex projects, like new print designs, may take up to 21 days. DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Sample fees are generally waived. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee covering dyeing and print development costs may apply.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon ordering, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production timelines depend on the order's complexity. For regular styles using standard fabrics, we allot approximately 20 days for material preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces are typically completed in 40 days, while larger orders necessitate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our product quality. If any items fail your quality control upon receipt, we will reimburse the cost per item, up to 100 pieces. For larger quantities exceeding 100 pieces, we offer complimentary replacements. There's no need to return the non-compliant items.
