While we typically provide samples at no cost, certain intricate products involving new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics may incur a nominal fee to cover additional dyeing and development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment upon ordering, with the balance due before shipment or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For substantial orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production timelines depend on product volume, design, and fabric. For regular styles using standard materials, we allocate 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces generally require 40 days, while larger orders of over 10,000 pieces may need 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely! We are committed to quality assurance. If any items fail your quality check, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For over 100 defective pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no extra charge. Return of failed items is not necessary.
