DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
We typically do not charge for samples. However, for complex products involving new print designs or unique dyed fabrics, a nominal fee may apply to cover the additional costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are made in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% upfront payment, with the balance due before loading or upon presentation of a Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also acceptable.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on volume, design, and fabric. For standard styles using readily available materials, we require about 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically need 40 days, while larger orders over 10,000 pieces may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. If any items fail your quality control upon receipt, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. Should there be more than 100 defective items, we will manufacture replacements at no cost, with no need to return the unsatisfactory items.
