Sample production time varies. Standard samples typically require 7 days. For intricate projects like new print designs, expect up to 21 days. At GB, we pride ourselves on our rapid sample turnaround, understanding its critical role in your decision-making process.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for complex products involving unique print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment with the balance due before loading or against the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for large orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on product volume, design, and fabric. Generally, standard fabric orders require 20 days for material preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect 40 days; larger orders may take 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. If any garments fail your quality control upon receipt, we will issue a refund for up to 100 pieces. For failures exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no charge, eliminating the need to return the defective items.
