We typically offer samples free of charge. However, for complex items like new print designs or unique dyed fabrics, a nominal fee applies to cover the additional costs involved in dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms require a 30% deposit upon order, with the remaining balance due before shipment or against a Bill of Lading copy. We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary based on order specifications. Typically, for standard designs with readily available fabrics, we require about 20 days for preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, expect 40 days, while larger orders above 10,000 pieces may take 50-60 days.
