Our policy generally exempts sample charges. Nonetheless, for complex items such as novel print designs or specially dyed fabrics, where additional costs arise from dyeing and print development, a nominal fee is applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our customary terms require 30% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Additionally, we accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
