Generally, samples are complimentary. For intricate products requiring additional dyeing or print development, a nominal fee may be applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are conducted in US$. We require a 30% deposit upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary by order specifics. Generally, for standard styles, 20 days are needed for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect around 40 days, while larger orders of over 10,000 pieces may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. Should any items not meet your quality standards, we'll refund the cost for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 items, we'll manufacture replacements at no extra charge. Return of defective items is unnecessary.
