Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional costs are incurred, a nominal fee applies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are made in US$. Our terms require a 30% deposit, with the balance payable before loading or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For substantial orders, a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also accepted.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times fluctuate based on volume, design, and fabric. For standard styles with readily available fabrics, we allocate about 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically have a 40-day lead time, while larger orders require 50-60 days.
