HOW LONG DO SAMPLES NORMALLY TAKE?
The timeline for sample production varies with complexity. Standard products may take approximately 7 days, while intricate projects like new print designs can extend to 21 days. At GB, we excel in swift sample turnaround, recognizing its vital role in your decision-making for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items involving new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional costs for dyeing and print development occur, a nominal fee is applicable.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For substantial orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times fluctuate based on product volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for standard styles using readily available fabrics, we allocate around 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, a 40-day lead time is advised, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces necessitate approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Upon receipt, if any garments do not meet your quality standards, we offer a refund for each item up to 100 pieces. Should more than 100 items fail quality checks, we will manufacture replacements at no extra cost to you, eliminating the need to return the defective items.
