DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, sample fees are waived. However, for complex items involving new print designs or specially dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times vary by order specifics, such as volume and design. For standard styles with readily available fabric, allow approximately 20 days for material preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect a 40-day timeline; larger orders of over 10,000 pieces typically require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand behind our products. Should any items not meet your quality standards upon receipt, we offer a full refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost. There is no need to return the defective items.
