DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are free of charge. However, for complex items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, where additional costs for dyeing and print development occur, a nominal fee applies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on product volume, design, and fabric selection. For standard designs using readily available fabrics, we estimate about 20 days for materials preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while larger orders may necessitate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. If any items fail your quality control after receipt, we will refund up to 100 pieces. For failures exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost. You are not required to return the defective items.
