DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, sample charges are waived. However, for complex products like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment at order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipping or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on the order's volume, design, and fabric. For standard styles with readily available fabrics, preparation takes about 20 days. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while those exceeding 10,000 pieces may need 50-60 days.

Absolutely, we stand behind our products. If any garment fails your quality standards, we will refund the cost for up to 100 items. Should more than 100 pieces be unsatisfactory, we will manufacture replacements at no additional charge, eliminating the need for you to return the defective items.
