Sample preparation time varies with complexity. Standard items can be ready in as little as 7 days, while more intricate projects, like new print designs, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we pride ourselves on swift sample turnarounds, recognizing their crucial role in aiding your new product decisions.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, sample costs are waived. However, for complex designs such as new prints or specialized dyed fabrics, where additional development costs are incurred, a nominal fee applies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are conducted in US$. Our standard terms include a 30% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment or payable against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For substantial orders, we also accommodate Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times fluctuate based on order specifics such as volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for standard fabrics, we allocate 20 days for material preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while those exceeding 10,000 pieces necessitate 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
