DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is applied to cover additional dyeing and print development costs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US$. Standard terms include a 30% advance payment on orders, with the remaining balance due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are contingent on product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard fabric styles, we require roughly 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders below 10,000 pieces, we recommend a 40-day timeline. For orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, expect lead times of approximately 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by our products. Should you receive garments that fail quality control, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost. You are not required to return the defective items.
