DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, samples are provided at no cost. However, for complex items like new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, we may charge a nominal fee to cover additional dyeing and print development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US dollars. Our standard terms include a 30% advance payment on orders, with the remaining balance due either before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for larger orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times vary based on product volume, design, and fabric. For standard fabric styles, we require approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 pieces, a 40-day timeline is recommended. For orders over 10,000 pieces, anticipate lead times of around 50-60 days.
