The timeline for sample production varies based on complexity. Standard samples may be ready in as little as 7 days, while intricate projects, such as new print designs, may require up to 21 days. At GB, we prioritize swift sample turnaround because we recognize its critical role in your decision-making process for potential new products.
DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Typically, we provide samples at no cost. However, for complex products, including new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, where we incur additional expenses for dyeing and development, a nominal fee is applied.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard payment terms include a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the balance due before loading or against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times are contingent on order specifics such as volume, design, and fabric. For regular styles with easily sourced standard fabrics, we require approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically necessitate a 40-day lead time, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces may take around 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If any garments fail your quality control upon receipt, we will refund the cost of up to 100 items. For quantities exceeding 100 pieces that do not meet standards, we will produce replacements at no charge. There's no need to return the non-compliant items.
