Typically, we provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate products like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is necessary to cover the additional costs of dyeing and print development.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upon order, with the remainder due before shipping or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For larger orders, we also accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on product volume, design, and fabric. For typical styles using standard fabrics, we require approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation.
