We generally provide samples at no charge. However, for intricate items such as new print designs or custom-dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is required to cover the dyeing and print development costs.

Transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard terms include a 30% upfront payment, with the remaining balance due prior to loading or upon presentation of B/L. For substantial orders, we accept a Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
