Payment is conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit upon order placement, with the balance due prior to loading or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For significant orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.

Lead times are influenced by order specifics such as volume, design, and fabric choice. For standard styles with readily available fabrics, we allocate approximately 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces generally require 40 days; larger orders may extend to 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. Should any items not meet your quality control standards, we will refund up to 100 pieces. For larger discrepancies, exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost, with no need to return the unsatisfactory items.
