DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, samples are complimentary. However, for complex items such as unique print designs or newly dyed fabrics, where additional dyeing and development expenses occur, a nominal fee applies.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Payments are made in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% advance payment upon order placement, with the remainder due before loading or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight for substantial orders.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times depend on the order's volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard styles using readily available fabrics, we allocate 20 days for fabric and accessory preparation. For orders under 10,000 units, a 40-day lead time is advised, while orders exceeding 10,000 units may require 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand behind our products. Should any garments not meet your quality standards, we'll refund the cost of up to 100 pieces. For cases exceeding 100 pieces, we will manufacture replacements at no additional charge. Returning the faulty items is not necessary.
