DO I PAY FOR SAMPLES?
Generally, we offer samples at no cost. However, for complex items like new print designs or uniquely dyed fabrics, a nominal fee is charged to cover the additional dyeing and development expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
Our transactions are conducted in US dollars. Standard terms require a 30% advance payment at order placement, with the remaining balance due before shipment or upon presentation of a Bill of Lading (B/L). For substantial orders, we also accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Lead times are subject to product volume, design, and fabric. Typically, for standard styles requiring common fabrics, fabric and accessories are prepared in approximately 20 days. For orders under 10,000 pieces, expect a 40-day lead time; for orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, plan for around 50-60 days.

Absolutely, we stand by our products. If any garments fail your quality control post-delivery, we offer a refund for up to 100 pieces. Should more than 100 pieces not meet your standards, we will manufacture replacements at no additional cost, without requiring the return of the defective items.
