Transactions are conducted in US$. Our standard terms require a 30% deposit upon ordering, with the remainder payable before loading or against a Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. For larger orders, we accept Letters of Credit (L/C) at sight.
WHAT ARE YOUR STANDARD PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES?
Production lead times depend on volume, design, and fabric. Generally, for standard styles with readily available materials, we allocate 20 days for preparation. Orders under 10,000 pieces typically require 40 days, while orders exceeding 10,000 pieces are advised a timeline of 50-60 days.
DO YOU PROVIDE A RETURN SERVICE?
Absolutely, we stand by the quality of our products. If garments fail your quality control, we offer a refund for up to 100 items. For over 100 defective items, we will manufacture replacements at no cost. Returning failed items is not required.
